2024 FIATA HQ Meeting
The 2024 FIATA HQ Meeting in Geneva, Switzerland, will focus on workshops, after the great success of the newly introduced format at last year's HQ Meeting. It is the opportunity for FIATA and its Association Member delegates to work on solutions to the pressing challenges of the industry with other supply chain actors, and to develop resources and best practices for its member companies.
The event will be held in Geneva, Switzerland between 23-26 April 2024 at the CICG - The International Conference Centre Geneva, with the Extended Board Meeting taking place on the afternoon of Friday 26 April. Information on other invitation-only meetings will be provided shortly by the HQ Team via email.
Please note that a Welcome Cocktail will be organised on the evening of Tuesday 23 April 2024.

Refund Policy
You will receive an invoice by email upon registration for payment via the dedicated FIATA payment platform.
In all cases, participation in the HQ Meeting is subject to payment and receipt of registration fees and by Friday 29 March 2024.
Additionally, participation fees for activities, including Accompanying Persons are due by Friday 29 March 2024.
Please note that any refund requests must be received by the FIATA HQ by Friday 29 March 2024.
Following this date, no refund will be possible.
Participants requiring a visa are responsible for ensuring that they make the necessary arrangements
for it. The information submitted to FIATA for the visa letter should be accurate and complete. FIATA shall not bear any liability for visa delay or refusal. Participants who have been denied their visa application may submit their refund request to the FIATA HQ by Friday 29 March. Following this date, no refund will be possible.
Additional Information on Visas
Please note that all visa letters will be issued only upon receipt of payment. Those requiring Schengen visas are encouraged to apply as soon as possible and at least 3 months in advance to ensure a hasslefree process.
If you plan to participate in the 2024 FWC in Panama and you provide FIATA with a copy of your registration and payment confirmation to this event, alongside the HQ visa letter request, FIATA will do its best to request a visa to enable you to attend both events. This is subject to agreement by the respective authorities.
Please note that visa letters will not be provided to anyone registering after 29 March 2024.
