Use of FIATA brand

The FIATA logo is the embodiment of the global nature of the freight forwarding industry and is the most visible expression of the organisation’s brand. The logo is a registered trademark of FIATA and is subject to trademark laws. It must not be used in any medium without written permission from FIATA and can only be used to demonstrate a real and current relationship with FIATA. The logo must be used in its approved format and cannot be modified or manipulated in any way.

Only FIATA members have the right to use the FIATA logo.

The use of the FIATA logo is allowed on Members' stationery (such as corporate documents, business cards, and website). 

The FIATA logo should not appear on members' own house transport documents, other than the recognised FIATA documents as published by FIATA and licensed through its Association Members.

Members are allowed to use the FIATA logo for promotional activities, as long as the use of the FIATA logo merely connects the user with its FIATA membership. For this purpose, the FIATA logo should be visibly smaller in size than the Member’s logo and preceded by the words 'Member of'. No other use is authorised. It is forbidden to use the FIATA name and logo to convey the idea that FIATA endorses or promotes services, events and/or any other initiative that is not specifically authorised by FIATA in writing.

Non-members do not have the right to use the FIATA logo.

Irregular use of the FIATA Logo may be sanctioned and such infringement may be published to inform third parties of such irregularity.

To ensure compliance of proper FIATA logo use, below is a list of companies who use or have used the FIATA logo without having the right to do so. These companies have been informed of the circumstances that would lead to this publication and have been given the opportunity to restore compliance within a reasonable time.
