2027 FIATA HQ Meeting
The 2027 FIATA HQ Meeting has launched! The annual meeting, held in Geneva, Switzerland, will take the form of workshops, after the great success of this format in the last two FIATA HQ Meetings. The workshop format gives FIATA and its Member delegates to work on solutions to the imminent challenges of the industry with other supply chain actors, and to develop resources and best practices for its member companies.
The event will be held between 16-19 March 2027 at the CICG - The International Conference Centre Geneva (with Internal Meetings taking place until Friday, 19 March. Information on these invitation-only meetings has been sent by the HQ Team).

The registration for the 2027 FIATA HQ Meeting is free for FIATA Members. The food and beverage contributions for FIATA Members is CHF 370.
Early Bird price for Members is CHF 330.
The registration fee and food and beverage contribution for non-Members is CHF 790.
Payment is completed by credit card only, directly within the registration form.
Early Bird price for non-Members is CHF 690.
Early Bird fees will be applicable for all registrations done before 31 December 2026.

Refund Policy
- Registration fees : In the event of cancellation after 26 February 2027, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
- Visa Invitation Letter Fees: In the event of cancellation, visa invitation letter fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- Please note that no visa invitation letters will be issued after 12 February 2027.
- Please carefully verify all information submitted for your FIATA visa invitation letter.
- Any request for an additional visa invitation letter will incur an additional charge of CHF 40.00 per letter.
- Social Events: Confirmed attendance at social events by RSVP followed by a no-show will be charged a fee of CHF 50 per person.
- Kind reminder: Travel or credit card insurance may cover cancellation fees in cases of force majeure. Participants are encouraged to check the terms and extent of their coverage directly with their insurer.
Information on Visas
Participants requiring a visa are responsible for ensuring that they make the necessary arrangements for it. The information submitted to FIATA for the visa letter should be accurate and complete. Any additional visa letter will be charged an extra CHF 40.00. FIATA shall not bear any liability for visa delay or refusal.
Usual deadlines to obtain a Swiss or Schengen visa can take up to 2 to 3 months. The Swiss authorities recommend booking your visa appointment at least 2 months before the planned departure. Please note that visa letters can only be issued upon receipt of payment and are not subject to refund under any circumstances.
