2026 FIATA World Congress: Visa Support for Registered Participant

Dear FIATA Members,

With the 2026 FIATA World Congress approaching, FIATA has been made aware that some registered participants are experiencing difficulties with their visa applications for Italy.

If any registered delegate is currently awaiting a visa, has encountered difficulties with their visa application, or requires further support, please contact the FIATA Events Team as soon as possible at [email protected].

To enable FIATA to follow up efficiently, please provide:

• Full name, as stated in the passport
• Passport number
• Confirmation that the individual is registered for the 2026 FIATA World Congress
• A brief indication of the current visa situation, including the relevant Italian Embassy or Consulate where applicable

Upon receipt of this information and verification of the participant’s registration, FIATA will liaise with the Congress organisers and, where possible, the relevant Italian authorities, including the appropriate Italian Embassy or Consulate, to support the visa process.

Given the limited time remaining before the Congress, registered participants experiencing visa difficulties are strongly encouraged to contact FIATA as soon as possible.
