2025 FIATA-Region Americas Field Meeting
FIATA, together with its Association Member Federación Colombiana de Agentes Logísticos en Comercio Internacional (FITAC), is pleased to announce that the 2025 FIATA–Region Americas (RAMS) Field Meeting will take place within the prestigious FITAC International Congress (FIC) in Cartagena, Colombia, 3-5 December 2025. This major regional event will gather leaders, experts, and professionals from across the freight forwarding and logistics community to exchange perspectives, strengthen collaboration, and address key developments shaping the future of logistics in the Americas.
To encourage participation of the delegates and Members of other FIATA Regions – Africa and the Middle East (RAME), Asia-Pacific (RAP) and Europe (REU) – FITAC has kindly made a special registration rate of USD 150 available until 26 November 2025. Such participation will enhance the discussions and contribute to a richer exchange.
As an extension of the FIC and 2025 FIATA-RAMS Field Meeting programme, the FIATA Working Group Sea will hold a dedicated session focusing on maritime developments, operational challenges, and regional regulatory updates, providing an additional opportunity for delegates and maritime experts to engage.

The event will be held during 3-5 December 2025 in the vibrant port city of Cartagena, Colombia, known for its strategic role in regional and global trade, as well as its rich cultural heritage and exceptional hospitality. Upcoming FIATA Working Group Sea Meeting
The FIATA Working Group Sea will convene for its upcoming meeting to review key developments shaping the maritime supply chain. The agenda will address the implementation of Import Control System 2 (ICS2) Release 3, FIATA’s strategic engagement at the International Maritime Organization (IMO), operational challenges such as container cleanliness and dangerous goods documentation, and regional regulatory updates. Delegates will also discuss priorities for 2026.
