FIATA and TT Club warmly congratulate the 4 regional winners, who impressed with their strong understanding of the real-world challenges involved in moving goods across the supply chain. Their work showed a clear grasp of the complexities of cargo transport, including topics like coordination across different modes, regulatory requirements, and the growing importance of sustainable practices.
The YLP Award continues to serve as a cornerstone in FIATA and TT Club’s efforts to encourage and empower the next generation of industry leaders. Through this initiative, young professionals are offered a unique platform for international exposure and professional growth.
The 2025 FIATA World Congress will take place in Hanoi, Vietnam, a fast-growing logistics hub in Southeast Asia. With its strategic location, expanding infrastructure, and role as a key manufacturing and export centre, Hanoi offers an ideal setting for global freight forwarders to exchange insights and explore emerging opportunities in the region.
The 4 YLP regional winners will take part in the 2025 FIATA World Congress (FWC), where they will present their work and engage with key stakeholders from the global logistics community. Their participation at the Congress is a key highlight of the YLP programme, offering not only visibility but also a space for inspiration, exchange, and learning.
In addition to the expert panel evaluation, which forms the majority of the final score, the Congress audience, composed of leading industry professionals, will also be invited to take part in the final judging of the competition During the dedicated session, they will be able to vote for their preferred candidate, and their collective input will contribute to the selection of the 2025 Global YLP winner. The winner will be announced at the Gala Dinner of the 2025 FWC in Hanoi. To ensure fairness and minimise regional bias, participants will only be allowed to vote for the finalists from regions other than their own.
FIATA and TT Club are proud to support these young leaders and look forward to celebrating their achievements in Hanoi.
