FIATA Statutory General Meeting 2024
FIATA would like to remind you that the 2024 FIATA Statutory General Meeting (SGM) will take place online on
Friday 28 June 2024
from 13:00 to 15:00 CEST
Last chance to sign up for a test session!
The FIATA HQ has scheduled two test sessions to accomodate the different timezones of the four FIATA Regions. These sessions will help voting delegates familiarize themselves with the online platform to ensure a seamless experience during the SGM.
If you wish to attend a test session, please click on the date of your choice and register by the end of the day on Saturday, 22 June:
- Test Session 1: Monday 24 June at 17:00 CEST
- Test Session 2: Tuesday 25 June at 9:00 CEST

We are delighted to inform you that the FIATA Annual Report 2023 was sent to the Extended Board and the Presidency in accordance with official procedure, and will be validated at the SGM on 28 June.
Please stay tuned for the Statutory General Meeting brochure, which will be released shortly. It will contain all the supporting documents, including the 2023 Annual Report.
To give you more time to familiarise yourself with the brochure and ask any questions you may have on its content, FIATA is extending the deadline for submitting your questions and comments using the dedicated form until 12:00 CEST on Thursday 27 June.
