  • The FIATA Diploma in Freight Forwarding: it consists of 14 modules which include all key topics for freight forwarders, such as multimodal transport, air transport, customs procedures, and information and communication technologies in freight forwarding.
  • The FIATA Higher Diploma in Supply Chain Management: it constitutes a progression pathway for the FIATA Diploma in Freight Forwarding’s graduates and includes 7 modules, such as global purchasing, contract management, and production and operations management.

Why pursue the FIATA Diplomas?

For national associations, delivering the diploma(s) ensures that there are sufficient and adequate learning opportunities for their members. This will enable them to have a trained workforce that meets a global standard and the needs of their own members to hire skilled employees.

For learners, enrolling in the training programmes is an excellent opportunity to become more competent in freight forwarding and acquire the necessary skillset that can only be obtained through education. This will facilitate progress in their career, especially in light of the global outlook and international recognition of the FIATA Diplomas.
